My approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of corrective exercise, incorporating movements from the activities of daily life that are unique to each individual. Most importantly, I strive to provide clients with a positive and satisfying experience.

In society today losing weight isn't the problem, keeping it off is. Behaviors will change once healthy habits are maintained. I coach for a healthy & fit sustainable lifestyle to achieve quality of life.

I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Fitness is a must! My last fifteen years of experience as a personal trainer has shown me how horrible a sedentary lifestyle can be for our health.  My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your life.
