With 15 years of success and experience, I'm capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I can also assist with injury rehabilitation or work with specialty conditions. This means I have an understanding of anatomy, physiology, and corrective exercise. It all pays off when you realize you're making a positive difference in the lives of others.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Fitness is a must!
